Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders require 30% deposit. Client can mail me their fabric or I can find it for you. Custom orders take 7-10 days once I have the fabric in-hand.

Care instructions

Fabric is expected to be somewhat dirty. Please remember my pieces have been hand picked from France and Italy. They come in vessels which takes 4-6 weeks to arrive but before they depart, I move them to Netherlands. So with that said, the pieces are handled with care but sometimes you'll need to clean them with soap and water if velvet or with a wet cloth if leather.

When will i get my items delivered?

As soon as payment is received in full, we start looking for a third party driver. Shipping to the east-coast is fairly easy for us. You can expect to receive your items in 7-10 days after purchase. Shipping to the mid-west is more complicated about 2-4 weeks. Shipping west-coast about 2-3 weeks.

Can you paint the color of my frame?

Yes. We have a third party that changes frame colors for example from gold leaf to black or from silver to blue. They charge about $250-$500 per chair and $500-$1,000 for a sofa.

Do you sell other things like mirrors, chandeliers, benches, etc?

Yes. From time to time, we bring floor mirrors and chandelier and everything in between (benches, coffee tables, side tables, bed frames, vanity tables, commodes).
