Lovely Italian Baroque chair refinished in silver leaf and custom designer reupholster using stunning high end materials. Frame was refinished in Italy and labor to reupholster was done in Florida. Fabric is NEW. Trim was finished in double piping. Seat cushion is comfortable and upholster with gray suede.

In overall good condition. Antique and vintage items by their very nature show normal wear to finish and miscellaneous scratches, nicks, and dings due to age and use. As we define 'good condition' relative to the stated age of the piece, we would expect to see 'character marks' consistent with that age and could include nicks or dings on a piece of furniture, normal separation at joints in wood due to expansion and contraction over time, minor damage to veneer has been stabilized, most locks functioning, most drawers and doors open or slide easily, some original trim may be missing or has been replaced with genuine period correct substitutes or new reproductions, and there may be one or more splits in the wood due to age and use. If there has been a break in the marble, it has been repaired and the repair may be visible. There may be minor restoration that is visible. Chairs considered 'good condition' may have professional structural repairs but are considered to be structurally sound. These types of repairs may be visible upon close inspection. Upholstered items may show wear consistent with age and use and may need to be reupholstered.

Payment is expect for 100% of asking price unless previously agreed to a different price based on bundle discounts, etc. At times, we plan on having sales at Sittin' Pretty by Myleen. We are more than happy to work out payment arrangements if needed but deposits on special payment arrangements are non-refundable. If we agree on a payment plan, i will reserve the item for you for a limited time but open communication is required. Payment arrangements up to 90 days with an 8% fee to help cover cost of storage and payment fees. We use third party shippers for super fast door to door delivery. Our items are pretty big and heavy and greyhound usually doesn't work because they have weight restrictions. As soon as you purchase from our shop, i start looking for insured drivers. Most our our items are delivered within 2 weeks. West cost can take 4-6 weeks.

Before buying, please keep in mind my items are antique pieces and sometimes have been around for 150+ years. These items are NOT NEW. All sales are final and sold "as-is" condition. Fabric is expected to be somewhat dirty. Please remember my pieces have been hand picked from France and Italy. They come in vessels which takes 4-6 weeks to arrive but before they depart, I move them to Netherlands. So with that said, the pieces are handled with care but sometimes you'll need to clean them with soap and water if velvet or with a wet cloth if leather.
As soon as payment is received in full, we start looking for a third party driver. Shipping to the east-coast is fairly easy for us. You can expect to receive your items in 7-10 days after purchase. Shipping to the mid-west is more complicated about 2-4 weeks. Shipping west-coast about 2-3 weeks.
Yes. We have a third party that changes frame colors for example from gold leaf to black or from silver to blue. They charge about $250-$500 per chair and $500-$1,000 for a sofa.
Yes. From time to time, we bring floor mirrors and chandelier and everything in between (benches, coffee tables, side tables, bed frames, vanity tables, commodes).
